SUSTAINABILITY
Betão Verdi Zero is Portugal’s first carbon-neutral concrete, based on a SECIL innovation in product development, complemented by internal efficiency measures and the use of renewable energy, guaranteeing a significant reduction in CO2 emissions right from the start. The remaining CO2 emissions were offset through a carbon offset program certified by Climate Impact Partners and awarded the CarbonNeutral® product label.
FEATURES
Its composition uses raw materials that promote savings by incorporating recycled waste, which means less use of natural resources.
It is a completely disruptive product in the Portuguese market, which responds to the new demands of the market, which is increasingly looking for green solutions, in line with the new construction trend, green buildings and their environmental certifications – BREEAM and LEED.
USES
It can be used in any structural element in new or refurbishment work. It is available in a ready-made format and is delivered directly to the building site.
